Developing the Sales Lifecycle and Logistics for a Steel Manufacturing ERP
April 2025 – PresentA Saudi company with a massive transaction volume required strict automation to bridge accounting and logistics, eliminating discrepancies among financial receipts, customer credit balances, and live warehouse inventory deductions.
I built and developed the end-to-end quotation and receipt system, engineering an integrated business logic that links invoices, receipts, and delivery orders directly to the general ledger for real-time transaction posting. I designed an intermediary credit ledger (Log) to document credit details and established an invoicing structure ready for regulatory compliance.
A fully integrated, production-stable operational lifecycle ensuring absolute automated synchronization between field operations and the accounting general ledger, coupled with flexible credit and warehouse management, and zero discrepancies in live balances.
Separating sensitive financial data from the logistics module while maintaining workflow cohesion; ensuring no delivery order is processed without automated stock validation, and preventing actual stock deduction until confirmed by the warehouse keeper.
